Warehouse Hub is a warehouse-rental marketplace for the Philippines. To arrange viewings and help you rent or fill a warehouse, we handle personal data — so protecting it matters to us. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we share it, and the rights you have under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
This is a general policy written for our platform as it works today; it is not legal advice, and the specifics of any particular situation may differ. See also our Terms of Service.
“Warehouse Hub” (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website at warehousehub.ph and the services offered through it. We act as a personal information controller under RA 10173, meaning we decide how and why your personal data is processed. Where we engage third parties to process data for us (such as hosting or email providers), they act as our personal information processors under written instructions.
We collect only what we need to operate the marketplace and serve you well:
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (as defined by RA 10173) and ask that you do not send it to us unless we specifically request it for a lawful purpose.
We use your personal data to:
Under RA 10173, we process personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give by creating an account and using the service; the performance of our services to you (for example, arranging a viewing you requested); our legitimate interests in operating and securing the marketplace, kept in balance with your rights; and where required, to comply with the law. You may withdraw consent at any time (see Section 7), though doing so may mean we can no longer provide parts of the service.
We do not sell your personal data. Ever.
Because Warehouse Hub uses a mediated model, we are careful about who sees your information:
Some providers may process or store data outside the Philippines. Where they do, we take steps consistent with RA 10173 to ensure your data continues to receive an adequate level of protection.
We use organizational, physical, and technical safeguards to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, access controls that limit data to representatives who need it, and the masking of contact details described above. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep our safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data and review them over time. If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to seriously affect you, we will notify affected users and the National Privacy Commission as required by RA 10173.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy — for the life of your account and while you use the service — and afterwards only as long as necessary to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations, or to enforce our agreements (for example, records evidencing an introduction or a closed lease). When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
As a data subject under RA 10173, you have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 10. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
We use cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: essential cookies that keep you signed in and let the site function, and analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Essential cookies are necessary for the service to work. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may affect how the site works.
Warehouse Hub is intended for businesses and adults. The service is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our service or the law changes. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of Warehouse Hub after an update means you accept the revised policy.
